We’ve combined our premium single origin Brazilian coffee beans with another one of Scotland’s finest whiskies to bring you a limited release of a truly amazing coffee.
Our Brazil Monte Carmelo naturally processed single origin green coffee beans were aged for many weeks in an emptied oak whisky barrel (which formerly stored a select 15 year aged single malt scotch from a famous Speyside distillery).
We then roast the coffee using a special profile to bring out the optimal combined flavours of the naturally processed Brazil and the single malt scotch whisky. The result is a very smooth, fine tasting coffee balanced with an unmissable yet pleasantly subtle sweetly infused whisky taste and aroma.
Flavour Notes: Bakers Chocolate, Dark Toffee, Hazelnut plus a prominent whisky aroma yet subtle sweet whisky taste.
Roast: Medium. Smooth mouthfeel yet naturally sweet to balance. Suited to all brewing methods.
Great with or without milk.
Altitude: 800 to 1350 m.
Varietal: Mundo Novo, Catui.
