A balanced, round, delicate cup from the highest farms of Oaxaca, peaking at 1,800 masl. This coffee was grown in agroforestry by small scale producers following organic farming principles. The climate is very cold so fermentation time was 48 hours on average.

Story & Background
The Coro cooperative have been bringing together small scale coffee growers since 2007, providing them with production support, logistical assistance, and a stable market. They have 2500 members in Oaxaca, with staffed warehouses in all areas of the region. Coro creates profiles per region and altitude, and make use of the local organic practices by certifying all of their members.
This coffee is super sweet with a boozy fragrance and silky texture, complemented by lingering flavour notes of red grape, blackcurrant, and honey.
